Best Western Plus Dryden Hotel & Conference Centre

So far I'm super happy. I just booked my room directly with the front desk. She was very helpful, kind and patient. Informed me that if I join there reward program it's a better rate and your points don't expire. I'll update after we stay there. It was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We got there in a snow storm. We had a pet friendly room so we had a door to outside which was very convenient but the floor was very cold especially by the door and window which was of course on the outside wall. Everything was very clean.

Tammy was super kind and welcoming at the Best Western Dryden location. All the staff provided great customer service, making the stay very pleasant. I would absolutely visit again.

Very clean hotel, 110% devoted to customer service. Pet welcoming. Friendly staff. Drive up access and entry to ground floor rooms. Gourmet coffee machine in lobby area and variety of tea flavors. Sparkling and alkaline water on tap also in lobby. Warm fireplace gathering area with couches. Pool, hot tub, and steam room are so nice after a long work day and large variety of choices for the complimentary breakfast. 5 star hotel all the way

Very clean and accommodating to pets! They even gave us some doggie treats and called a few hours after we settled in to make sure the room was okay and if we needed anything! Bed was comfortable and pressure in shower was amazing! Price was great! We checked out at 5am so we didn’t get the complementary breakfast but they gave us breakfast sandwiches and drinks to go!! Will definitely stay here again if we pass through!

Breakfast is real food in a real restaurant, room was perfectly adequate, pool was good. Staff were awesome. Some of the other guest were loud and obnoxious, staff tried to rectify but were pretty unsuccessful.

Was awesome got checked in and sorted ! Great communication and chat while getting sorted ! Breakfast is actual sit down in restaurant on site. ! Very nice and preferred ! Thanks again will recommend and definitely stay when in area ! And book ahead !

I was very impressed with the Best Western in Dryden, Ontario. The customer service was exceptional, reminiscent of the excellent service experienced before 2019. Ill be sincere, before we headed to Dryden I asked Google AI advanced for the best hotel in the area, It listed the best western as the first choice, im really impressed, with AI and the hotel experience Beyond that, the hotel offers a pool, a sauna, and ample parking. They are pet-friendly and provide cots for larger families. The check-in process was handled with kindness, warmth, and professionalism. I was particularly impressed with the customer service representative at the reception, who clearly upholds the highest standards in her work. I was super impressed with the breakfast included, WOW The food was amazing We're a family of 6 and we were completely blown away by the food! Everything was impeccably impressive. Thanks for the amazing experience, we will definitely be back as we have ongoing business trips here to Dryden.
